Buyers are responsible for knowing whether our products are legal in their country or region.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and delivery method. We may offer free or discounted shipping during promotional periods.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after processing):
- USA: 2–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe & International: 7–21 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, and other charges not included in our prices or shipping fees. These are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
6. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
If you believe your package was misdelivered, please reach out to us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Puff Pull Pass is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to address errors.

Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your Puff Pull Pass experience. Please read this Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding eligible returns, conditions, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be in original packaging
- Item must not be altered, used, or tampered with
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used cone products
- Wholesale or bulk orders (unless defective or approved in writing)
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or branded products made to order
3. How to Initiate a Return
**To request a return** email us at Office@PuffPullPass.com with your order number and reason for return. If your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or shipped in error.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
- You’ll be notified via email of your refund status
We do not refund original shipping charges.

7. Exchanges

8. Wholesale Returns
Wholesale orders are non-refundable unless the products are defective or the return is approved in advance in writing. Custom or co-branded products are final sale.
